Golu Bowl is founded by Veety and Salia- a Baltimore based, queer, and BiPoC food business offering hot Sikkimese Momo bowls (dumplings). Our mission is to serve food that is hot, fresh, affordable, locally sourced, and share traditional recipes with the community. We are dedicated to sourcing ingredients and supplies from BIPOC-owned small businesses, aligning with our values of mutual support and community empowerment.

Currently we work with Our Time Kitchen- a space which supports minority women, and marginalized genders, who want to build food businesses by lowering systemic barriers and creating access to resources in a supportive environment. Our Vegan Momos, Halal chicken and Halal beef options ensure accessibility for diverse dietary needs. Our long-term dream is to build a community kitchen that uplifts and supports other underrepresented food entrepreneurs and create a space that celebrates South Asian cultures, queer identity, and immigrant resilience.
